Return and Refund Policy

At Leather Craft, your satisfaction is crucial to us. For any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy tailored to be fair and easy to understand. Customers may return eligible products within 6 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. The item must also be returned to the original packaging and include proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return. These include customized or personalized jackets that have been made to order, as well as any clearance or final sale items. Additionally, any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers should contact us via email at info@usaleathercraft.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation for the return request. We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within five to ten business days.

Exchange Policy

We also offer free exchanges in cases where the item does not fit properly or if you would prefer a different size. To request an exchange, simply contact us within 6 days of delivery, and we will provide the necessary steps to return the original item and send the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within seven days of receiving the product. We may ask you to send us photos of the issue for verification purposes. Once confirmed, we will promptly send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on your preference.
